Return Policy

Since we provide COD, users can check the fruits. By the nature of the fruit, very minor damaged can be found which is rare case and the fruit is still 100% eatable.

If you feel the damage is more you can simply take picture, email us the details and your order number at info@mangosmumbai.co.in. New fruits will be added as a replacement in your next order that you place.

Once ordered and confirmed if you want to still want to cancel the order, you can do it in a same day. After one day the order cannot be canceled as fresh stock is brought to Mumbai from the farm and since the fruit is perishable it cannot be stored at our location.

Payment Options

Mangos Mumbai follows simple and very cost effective payment process. We do simpleCash On Delivery for small orders. This way user gets to check out the Mangoes they ordered and pay. If the shipping and billing address is different we prefer a bank deposit or online transfer.

This also helps us keeping our banking, accounting etc. costs low and in turn providing you the fruits in amazing prices.

Following the order today link you can complete your checkout process. This will selectCash On Delivery method by default and minor delivery charges are added for local deliveries.

Bulk and Co-corporate orders are handled differently.

Delivery Info

We deliver all over Mumbai including western suburbs, eastern suburbs and navi mumbai. As you place order using order today link you will receive a confirmation email plus our representative will also confirm your order by calling you on your contact number.

A fresh stock is ordered from our farms twice a week which reaches Mumbai within day and your order is delivered to your address accordingly. This way you get the freshest fruit. All the deliveries are handled by our own and sometimes professional courier services.

Co-corporate deliveries are take care by us. We take bulk order from co-corporate offices and deliver all of them together at their office location, so that employees can collect their Mangoes at their office itself.
